I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The bed was amazing, the pool was great, and the view from my room was breathtaking. I really loved how spacious and beautiful the room was, and the lounge entertainment was brilliant. The hotel facilities were excellent including the gym where the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Also, the cleaning staff were polite and helpful during my stay.

This resort is an ideal destination for families searching for an unforgettable vacation. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for a family of 4 or 5. the breakfast served is delightful with a diverse cuisines options. Most importantly, the cleaning staff is certainly one of the best in the resort. They are always polite and make you feel welcomed when you come to back to the room. Guests can also enjoy views of the beach from the balcony and access to an amazing pool.

The couches were dirty and stained, and the balcony chairs were unusable as they were all worn out and uncomfortable. The TV was not working properly, and there were very few channels to choose from.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and was impressed by the incredible view from the pool area, and the spacious and beautiful room. The lounge entertainment was also a highlight, with brilliant performances throughout the night. The bed was amazing, offering a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of key attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Finally, the room itself was outfitted with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The service was impeccable, and all our luxurious needs were fulfilled. the sauna and spa centre provided ultimate relaxation. the swimming pool was remarkable and the health club was well equipped with updated machines. the ballroom was spacious and elegant with stunning views of the garden area. We enjoyed the massages provided by the professional masseurs. the exclusive room advantages left us in awe, especially the private facilities that made us feel like royalty. the restaurant offered delicious cuisine made with fresh ingredients. the bar/lounge area and the cafe were perfect for unwinding with a drink or dessert.

The location of the hotel was far from the centre of things, but a shuttle bus was available to transport guests to the city centre. We noticed a minor issue with the balcony chairs, but the breathtaking views made up for it.
